IAM always talks tuff, but when UAL barks the IAM comes running with their tail between the legs as always :down:
I can tell you this pension thing will get ugly. There is no way the PBGC will let us walk away from what is owed.
US Air had to pay $2.1B from a lawsuit by the PBGC, UAL's could be much larger. Also I wonder what the Fed's would do to us if we walk, would we lose any government contracts that we had? I just have a feeling this will get real ugly.
