Since this is survivor night and the show seems to still be going strong. I've approached Mark (the producer) and he has agreed to start taking applications from CA Aviation members for an upcoming Survivor show to be taped in Tuk.
There will be mucho helicopter action, with many challenges relating to the industry. Challenges such as who can hold a stable hover the longest, who can dive deep under the arctic ice and overhaul an allison governor while holding their breath, and the best will be a team effort to preheat a 61 and fire it up to operating tempuratures the fastest.....etc.
All that is needed is a 5 star sleeping bag and warm winter mitts. The rest will be provided by local Inuit who will help show the contestants how to live off the land and how to keep beer cool, yet unfrozen in the coldest climate in canada.
Every three days one member will be voted off and they will be banished to banks island for eternity.
Any members here who are interested should keep your eyes open for the official application form that will be available soon.
