Ted At Lga?

Was out walking the dog yesterday in Brooklyn, enjoying the approaches to LGA's runway 4, and lo and behold, I looked up at the howling Airbus flying overhead, and saw Ted, clear as day. No mention of Ted to LGA on their timetables. Just an aircraft swap with angry first-class pax stuck in coach? Or new service?

Probably just an equipment sub, I've seen Ted here more than once already.

There have been some instances of equipment swaps due to maintenance or other reasons where TED aircraft have been substituted for normally configured A320's. My guess is that was what you saw.

I have seen it on LAX-ORD a couple of times as well.

Most likely it was an ORD-LGA or something like that.
