since Usairways is taking alot of bashing from the traveling public and employees I just wish to hear feedback on the total experience from parking or curb drop-off, through security, restaurant or airport personel....everthing. i personally don't like much of it.

Well I can speak for my home airport-PIT. Parking is a pain. Despite US saying nobody flys from PIT, they've expanded the extended term lot twice and it's still hard to find a spot. Once you find one, the shuttle to door service isn't too bad. Security is easy with the preferred lane. Restaurants and stores are great, good selections and not overpriced. The assaults by peddlers hacking the US credit card is very annoying though.

You have to admit that the Southwest guy with the Che Guevera t-shirt at the core near A-Con is way worse than his part-time US counterparts.

dont worry after January 2008 you complainers of US will have plenty of spaces to park.... its up to the your SAVIOURS>>>> WN B6 FL F9 etc etc to pick the slack.. ... yes US have lost jobs and more than you think.. now its up to U to support the NEW TOWN GUY>>>>>>> like US CEO said the airport was built for US in 1992 the times were different then ...man complaining about parking you wont have any problem in January... call WN

Since the airlines dont control what happens outside their own business it would be unfair for the flying public to blame them for parking or other problems. In CLT when there is a parking crunch you can see the pax just getting so pi$$ed looking for a space, but that is the failure of the city, but I could see the airline taking the heat if everything goes to #### that day...

Does US offer EAP? If so, you really should look into it. Now....step away from the liquor cabinet. Re-read the OP, where it was asked about the whole flying experience....parking, security, restaurants, etc., before you try to hijack the thread into another of your mindless PIT bashing episodes.

And since you mentioned it, there won't be any less parking spaces in the extended lot come January, we'll still be flying. I know the employee lot will have several hundred more spaces available, but then you don't care about your coworkers, you seem to be enjoying their pain.
