On the heels of two active duty members of the U.S. military serving in Iraq calling for President Obama to prove his eligibility to be president, a retired major general has agreed to join the case, saying he just wants "the truth."

"The questions about the POTUS and his birth were questions raised during the campaign – quite often in this website. This question was not always answered in a fashion which was clear cut yea or nay," said one forum contributor. "There are lawsuits ongoing – therefore there are other doubters."

Said another, "If anybody does their research they find out that a full investigation was conducted regarding McCain's eligibility (born on a military base on foreign soil), but no such investigation was done for BO. BO admits to traveling to Pakistan in 1981, when it was illegal to do so for US citizens at the time, how did he pull that off?

I've only seen his website a couple times.He is one of many now asking serious questions.
How can he or anyone else ever produce what Obama denies access to?
And why doesn't Obama end the issue.....McCain anted up his as per the US Constitution.

They are only "serious questions" if you are incapable of asking "serious questions" about those who are making the accusations. They are only "serious questions" if you ignore the evidence that contradicts their claims.

What does that have to do with Mr. Berg's claim 1) "Obama was born in Kenya and because his mother was not nineteen" ? Has he or anyone else proven this? Do you honestly think that anything shown to him is going to matter? So far the State of Hawaii saying he was born there along with a birth announcement has not been good enough. As I said earlier he's making money off this. The second you make $$$$$ off a certain position you can no longer be objective.

All these people trying to dig something up regarding to where he was born and they have all come up snake eyes. Including Jerome Corsi, he even went to Kenya trying to dig up dirt.

No he does not have dual citizenship. He lost his Kenyan citizenship when he turned twentyone.

Was it really illegal to travel to Pakistan in 1981? They were any ally back then were they not? There might have been State Department travel advisories for certain parts of Afghanistan. Maybe that's what you are thinking of.

What does traveling to Pakistan prove anyway, assuming he actually did? It's illegal for people to do a lot of theings, yet they do it anyway. Traveling to Pakistan proves nothing.

What I am most impressed about is that, somehow, a Kenyan father (in Kenya) was able to see 48 years into the future to know that his "Kenyan son" was to someday run for president in the far land of the United States. And to prepare his son's way into the presidency, he had the wherewithal to call the Honolulu Advertiser in Hawaii to announce his son's birth. It is simply amazing. Nevermind getting the state of Hawaii to help out in your fraud, seeing the future like that is awesome!

A California lawsuit seeking documentation from Occidental College that could verify the nationality under which Barack Obama entered the school points out that the state formerly reviewed presidential candidates and disqualified those who were ineligible.

Defense lawyers for Obama are trying to quash the request for Occidental records, arguing that any objections to Obama's presidential candidacy and victory should have been raised in Congress at the time of the Electoral College vote.

Obama's lawyers then submitted a demand to the court arguing the case was moot because the election was over and the correct place to resolve such concerns was in Congress. The lawyers also alleged a variety of procedural errors.

In his response, Kreep pointed out that Obama's lawyers failed for 27 days to notify the USJF of alleged procedural errors. He said the housing and academic records are of prime importance.

"From those records, statements as to whether MR. OBAMA is, indeed, a 'natural born citizen' may be found," he said.
