Funny but way too much communication......they would rather tell you nothing, make you stand in line and eventually fight for a cot and sleep in the airport. The current US is making Aeroflot look like a reliable operation. (It's funny that East of Phoenix is where all the drama, trauma and horror stories are centered. More specific.....it's where all the affected customers are NOT being taken care of).

Of course all the "drama" is on the "east" side. Whether employees or frequent flyers, these folks have "beetchin' and moanin'" since Allegheny merged with Mohawk. They never, ever;no matter what you do, or what you give them have ever been satisfied. All in all, just one group of miserable people,passengers and employees alike.(But then again it might be a match made in heaven!) With the exception of Parker and Kirby,my heart goes out to the America West people.
