The Passenger Service Group is operating under one union contract. Regardless of future job actions by other unsettled work groups we are stuck with management's inability to get the airline operating together as one. Our group again will have to come to the rescue of the customers. SHAME SHAME SHAME

We get treated like crap by the company, always the last to get anything, yet we are ALWAYS the ones that have to clean up after them. I'm sick of their inemptness...and they keep getting rewarded over and over again.

understand that the customer service group will alway take the brunt of other groups in the company because are the frontlline people. the first person the customer sees. we listen we understand and we address the issue. the current situation with the flight crews and maint/fleet are ISSUES that need to be addressed. our union has already addressed our issues and basically according to them we had no choice.. i dont agree but that is my opinion. you will not see CWA agents joining a picket line with the rest because there is not enough force behind it the CWA management know that and if we did we would be the first CSA to walk in the history of the airlines. what we can do as the front line folks is to support the others and hope something positive will come of it.. i still remeber back in 1992 when the comapany was going thru hard times. ticket counter agents were told.. oh btw you now have no holiday pay.. work conditions are now changed. your pension is now FROZEN. we took the hit because we were not UNION. the rest of the airline were UNION and they were not affected. for 10 years we were at the mercy of the company.. the mx/fleet/fa/pilots were not. we took the HIT 15 years ago and they did not help us because we were not UNION. we are better off UNION because if we were not during the last 2 BKS>.can you imagine what they would done to us.. its going to be a VERY LONG SUMMER>> blame management in arizona. we should do that Frontier airlines does put an aminmal on the tail.. ours should be an OSTRICH.. because they have their heads in the arizona sand.. just go in do your job. do the best you can. if it gets to much. make a decision. if you are making 18.00 per hour for the highest agent. think.. if you making 8.75 per hour.. its a no brainer leave. you can do better. they want the 18.00 per hour OUT and OUT ASAP.

I uh,am sorry for your lose, but we were all affected, detected and injected.Come on stop the lonely victom stuff.Did you ever take a retro pay cut, mech's did.Did you have to vote to put your own union brother on the street we did.Did you have the whole rest of the company bust there as to cross your picket line,we did.So stop crying you were all alone BS.

We need to all stick together right now ok.East and West as best we can.I hate to think were our own worst enemy. All this recalling the past and stabbing each other is just what the good hearted folks in TEMPE want.Dont go that low.I wont give em the satisfaction, how about you.
