Depends on the color of the criminal. If they are white no attack is allowed but if black they get a free pass to beat on a officer if they please. Anyone that says otherwise is racist!

Sadly, it's usually the other way around. Cops beating unarmed, convicted citizens not convicted of anything but being the wrong color in the wrong place. Here is Eastern PA and all of NJ the "Crime" of DWB (Driving While Black) is well documented, as is the use the police force to engage in revenue enhancement instead of law enforcement. Their is a racial element to how laws are enforced and anyone who hasen't seen an example of it hasn't been looking very hard.Black Magic said:

I agree with the comment regarding training. Unfortunately it seem cities want to have the protection afforded by law enforcement but they seem unwilling to pay for it. This mentality goes far beyond just local LEO's. Look at schools, airport security, military ... etc.
