If Comair's pilots are smart, they'll simply walk out. This is the perfect time to send a message.
Then again, it just might give Delta the excuse to shut them down and replace their lift with other regional carriers, which is probably their plan all along.
According to the article, the judge ruled that Comair can throw out the contract. It didn't say anything about the judge ruling that the pilots couldn't strike (i.e. walk out).
Of course, 2 minutes after the pilots walked, Comair would have a motion before the judge asking for a ruling that the pilot's couldn't strike....
