Tree/IFly2, Following is not, in any way, shape or form threatening! Hell, you probably follow someone everyday without really knowing it. Your statements just confirms how ignorant of the law you are. Now, punching me in the nose in order to physically subdue or control me is liable to get you shot! Returning to the threat (that's what you would be doing) disqualifies you from using a self defense claim. I win!
