Apparently today was the roll out of the 'new' uniforms for these clowns, now they're all strutting around with real badges pinned on their shirts like they have actual law enforcement authority.

They've become the defacto enforcers of the state anti smoking law within the airport as well.We had one of them call the Port Authority Police this afternoon after a guy smoking in the inbound bagroom had the audacity to blow one of them off when she demanded he put out his cigarette.

Nevr mind the smoking where he shouldn't be, since when did enforcement of anti smoking regulations fall under the purview of the Transportation Security Administration?

These badges are going to get these ass clowns in way over their head.

OMG Without the TSA on their backs they can be mistaken for B6 pilots and some US CSAs if they are colored coordinated. Yes, they were waiting for those badges for a long time. Now they can stop bar fights!

But, please, citizens, keep in mind that they are Federal Agents above the law, except where the law applies!
