---TWA INTEGRATION IS COMPLETE---
The integration of TWA in to American Airlines was officially completed today. The final departure on TWA's Federal Aviation Administration operating certificate will be Flight 2932 departing from DFW at 6:50 p.m. and arriving in St. Louis at 8:34 p.m. The final arrival will be Flight 2868 from Denver to DFW, arriving at 8:57 p.m. AA took ownership of TWA assets on April 9, 2001, creating a wholly owned subsidiary, TWA Airlines LLC, which operated under its own certificate and operations specifications until today.
