Has anybody heard who the 5 organizers for the TWU were in Philly? It seems to be a well kept secret.
While it's out there, why not publish the names of those involved in the "alleged" beatings??
little problem with the video evidence......My question is what is taking the police so long to make arrests, especially since they have video evidence, witness statements and plenty of assault damage to at least get prosecutions underway.
Hotel videotape captured the men in the hotel corridors, but not what happened inside the meeting room. US Airways officials were able to identify all those on tape, police said.

all hearsay evidence w/o video....
"he hit me"..."no I didn't"..."yes you did"..."no I didn't".
...
and believe it or not ,there is some case law that the federal courts have nodded off on this type stuff as union activity.
w/o crediblle witness' its hearsay until proven. That's conflicting direct evidence, not 'hearsay.'
and I expect the Federal court behaviour is more about restricting itself to hear the Federal issues, leaving assault, appropriately to state courts.
Walker said the police had completed their investigation and had sent a report to the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office for a decision on whether to prosecute. The decision will also depend on whether the FBI takes over the case.
Local Philadelphia IAM officials entered the hotel room and said that TWU had better close shop and leave because there was a mob which they could not control that would on their own shut TWU down.

looks like the goodfellows from IAM gave fair warning....and the IAM officials will probably be exonerated by this:

Now, just what do you think a reasonable criminal jury would do under those circumstances? What do you think a reasonable civil jury will also do under those circumstances?

its been reported in the news media that video only exists in the corridors and not in the room.also the police investigation was concluded and turned over to the PHL DA's office and the FBI was consulted.![]()
Chief Wiggum is on the case!
