Just think if they actually paid the employees properly, maybe they would not have to have the Wal-Mart security! This is their way to control theft?! If they made this a career again, this would not be the problem that it is! Theft happens everywhere, but it would not be as bad if they were paid more. When you have good pay and benefits you can afford to be picky on who you hire! Good pay and benefits would also make it a harder, because they would not want to loose great jobs. It is important to deal with this but we must remember who created this environment! Remember they said "Don't make this a career this is just a temp job." There was a time when we could hold our heads high and we held some stature. We have been belittled, talked down to and continually raped by this company as well as a non representing union! The company needs to reinvest in the employees that are your frontline soldiers. They are the ones that wear the uniforms and are the face of the company. It is very hard to hold your head high when you are constantly being beaten down by a company who stereo types all of their employees and accuses them of crimes. These are the same ones who robbed everyone and accused us of hurting the company. I am not condoning theft by any means, but the environment is not conducive to honesty! Who will police the security they have. How much trust can you invest in someone who is making less than the employees they are supposed to be watching?

Yes. They are light blue. They're top flight security, Greg... and they have flashlights and whistles.
