I fly to BWI through PHL to avoid the superficial customer service (ie, LACK thereof) of Southwest. I prefer flying a real airline as opposed to a greyhound bus with wings.

--not a Usair employee, never have been, neither has any relative but has grown to consider several USair employees as friends after some remarkable customer service experiences

One thing.

Disgusting, immoral, unexcusable to gloat or wish for the demise of thousands of fellow Americans. Perhaps you can go to Afghanistan as a woman and live under the rule of the Taliban.

P.S. What goes around - comes around. The philosophy of my life.

I'm waiting for the third season of Airline on A&E so I can see how Southwest employees deal with a passenger riot in PHL when planes start cancelling due to weather and/or maintenance.

Hey WNforLIfe,

If you're such a proud WN employee. Why don't you go to PHL and "PROUDLY" wear your WN Blue uniform on the employee bus. I'm sure you would get a very warm "city of brotherly love" greeting from all the US employees there.
