UA has announced that it will invest in Azul of Brazil, create a partnership that will support increased partnership, and gain a seat on AD's board.
This announcement mirrors the type of arrangement DL has with Gol and also sets DL and UA up for easy approval of their joint ventures with their Brazilian partners.
