United Airlines Reports January Traffic Results

United Airlines today reported its preliminary traffic results for January 2006. The company reported its highest-ever January passenger load factor of 77.7 percent. Total scheduled revenue passenger miles (RPMs) increased in January by 2.4 percent on a capacity increase of 0.4 percent in scheduled available seat miles (ASMs) compared to the same period in 2005.
