Explanation I received;

We received in excess of $1.5 billion in claims and as such, all settlement proceeds were reduced in accordance of the Plan of Allocation. See the attached Notice, pages 4 and 5. The Group A Claims were pro-rated down from $50 per year to approximately $11 per year.
