United Mechanics offered 2 year extension

Sharing with industry. Charts provided by teamsters/United are not accurate AT LEAST when looking at the SWA charts. 2022 all in rate is approx .89 lower then actual, and they did not show AMFA's final year contract in 2023 all in top rate @ $61.14. Not sure if any other airlines info is correct or wrong.
Overall, looks like all Mechanics groups are getting much needed larger % of raises on the first year at least. The trend continues in the industry.

They get their raise going above you in January, then you go ahead of them in August. They then once again go ahead of you in January of 2024. That’s how it works.

What is this I’m posting here? Is this from the AMFA Main Contract Letter of Agreement # 1 signed off by AMFA themselves giving them a guaranteed headcount of only 2.75 Mechanics ( aircraft, plant, ground support, lead and inspector) per Aircraft. Did they really sign off on this? Terrible.

Takes 15 years to hit top of scale at SWA. AMFA keeps lying by not mentioning the longevity that is needed to hit that rate.
