You need to read the Nic award. There are no fences. No restrictions.


WRONG!!!! As usual with "you know what's" there were fences that were to come down with changing events in the industry like stay of excutions for your 59yr olds. There were restrictions like DOH for the first 517 on the east list making our #1 person now #519!! Like I said Prenup it and give you what you were trying to give us those lovely base fences and give them for a period of not less than 25yrs and while you are in your "PROFITABLE BASES" you get that DOH you wanted so bad!! That work for you??

I would like to recommend this poster as the heart and soul of the america west pilots.

Key word "were". They went out with the age 60 change, and it's not like the writing was not on the wall when old St. Nic made his list. If the Nic list was put in place today, guys that never had the thought of flying an A330 or being based in CLT or PHL could pick it up. West guys that have never held a captain seat have hundreds of captains junior(Nic) to them on the east.

Say what you will Nos but given your past attempted "THEIFT" from the brothers and sisters of UAL I doubt seriously you'll find much support for your "you know what organization"!!
 
Watch out UAL are WEST friends all already talking about how they are should have your 74s since they had them for a short time along with your 777s, there a greedy little bunch.

Yes, the focus of our efforts out west concern relative seniority and career expectations. We expect to have the last UAL pilot on the list upgrade to widebody captain before the first AWA pilot. That is fair. We do not agree with your DOH mindset and I imagine most of the United pilots will not either.

Check your history of posts. You thought that you should have all the widebody flying of US Airways, because you thought you saved us.

So United is having balance sheet problems, this is what america west pilots will feel entitled to. They worked for less wages since 1983,
they take over united, you united pilots should be thanful.

The plan is to have United declare bankruptcy and the america west pilots will save you. The united alpa pilots never complained what happened to us airways at the time, it would look quite hypocritical for united pilots to complain if the same happened to them.

The nic award gives you widebody flying, so when you arbitrate with united you have widebody seniority (career expectations, certainly you united pilots realize you had none.) to use against your united "brothers and sisters". You america west pilots are geniuses.

america west pilots to united: we have wide body seniority according to arbitration and we saved you, be thankful. Now how do you fly this 747, we saw one in Australia, we know how its done.

Wait a minute. I thought being a USAPian that DOH is the only way to merge carriers? You know, place the furloughed guy in front of captains- that kind of merger.

Well I was there every step of the way so that means I may know just a little more than you!! No you were not offered all wide bodies for ever nor did you deserve that!! The company announced major wide body aircraft expansion AFTER YOU WERE PURCHASED not prior thus you never deserved them all. Second, and I know this part is very difficult for you guys but remember you had close to half of your entire pilot group furloughed at the time of the PURCHASE of usair!!!

Claiming that you were entitled to all wide body flying and attempting the leap a home depot employee ahead of NON FURLOUGHED PILOTS is evidence of your overwhelming greed!! It is there that pilots of UAL will see and remember the East pilot entitlement mentality...

Usappy is dead in the water my friend, you have ZERO west participation and thus kicking usappy butt will be a pleasure for all...
