unknown airline wings

Hi, I have some airline wings that I am having a hard time getting identified. These are gold bullion on a heavy white fabric, overall width is about 4 1/2 inches. A scan of the wings are pictured here. They are unused. Anyone know what they are? Thanks, Ed.

Think about trying the Air and Space Museum or Smithsonian?

I think they'd be about as good as you might get.
