WOW...someone had better give these boys and girls in PR a raise...so they managed to spin off some cost cutting efforts and making horiz. challenged employees get some extra work in...into a wonderful EPA spin off...

That's sad

Whatever happened to recycling?

Why not reduce the length of the manifests? flight releases?

Instead, why don't they start with the bagchutel in Phl where they have disconnected the alarms for carbon dioxide poisoning levels. Our rampers lives are in peril everyday.

I'd love to see them use rickshaws at PHL (Inside and Outside). That might help push for China service

AWA have had those for a long time in PHX along with the cool electric cars. I guess they never really promoted that stuff to the media until now when green is in.

on a side note: Carbon DIoxide is what people exhale. Carbon monoxide comes from gas engines.

um... United's been using these for as long as I can think in SFO and LAX.

But i guess it was a slow day in US's Corp comm department. Anyway, glad to see the company is at least spinning these as "green" friendly.

now to follow NW and recycle everything -- something the East doesn't quite do.

Oh wait, yes, they are recycling the US B737 fleet! doh!

We recycled for a while with those BA-13s. I heard that it was a problem getting all the cans to a recycling center.
