It's a site that any 8th grader could have put together in one sitting. It's all static pages. No complex interfaces to multiple databases, no javascript, no dependencies, etc.

The old saying is true that simple is better.

Is it me, or is there no real substance there? I see terms like “valueâ€￾, “needed industry consolidationâ€￾, etc.

Did I miss the part where someone with a brain gives a soundbite why this thing makes operational sense for US and DL specifically?

OK, where and when. All cities out of PHL are still high as he11. the only cities where US has cut fares is where greyhound flies, and that is only if its in 1.5 hours of their flight. Case in point.

PHL to CMH 9am $57 one way US
PHL to CMH 8:15am $49 one way SW
PHL to CMH 12PM $349 one way US.
and US flies an RJ out there. SW a 737. HMMMMM, which one am I going to take????

PHL to CLT is still $1063 RT booked less then 7 days. Come on!!!!! There has been no noticable fare drops at all on the east.
