US - UA Code Share Expansion

Yesterday, US Airways told employees in a intranet Hub.com update that the marketing partnership with United Airlines, which has grown to code sharing currently at 2,900 daily combined departures and weekly bookings that recently reached about 100,000 on US Airways. The United alliance will be worth $200 million annually when mature. A code sharing arrangement with Lufthansa begins this fall, and US Airways will join the Star Alliance early in 2004, bringing additional revenue opportunities. The company has also continued its aggressive growth in the Caribbean, including development of the GoCaribbean Network.

With these new code-shares is there any chance that PHL-SFO/LAX may see some larger aircraft from both UA and US. I know US consistantly flies 321's to LAX and SFO but UA still flies 320/319's from LAX/SFO to PHL with an occasional 757. I'd really like to see some UA 757's in PHL due to the increase in capacity because of the code-share.
