The airline is run like a Wal-Mart in philly. Low wage immigrants with no clue what they are doing.Doug Parker wants to sub-contract the whole airline. Accidents left an right go on driving costs through the roof. The IAM union walked out on the Co. They Co.doesnt want to honor any laguage in our contract which states we get a snap back for our pay cut for post 911 if we merged getting back our money that made usair survive and Doug Parker wants to give nothing back but he will go buy delta for 8 billion.Missed bags ,theft, convicts, felons,All at PHILLY its horrible!!!This airline has no class its ghetto!!! If you want to make a good impression of a business and the passangers see these low lifes with doo-rags out of uniforms running this airline ...ask yourself the question..would u fly Usair? Its a saftey hazrd to passangers when thes immigrants have no license driving equipment until they pass driving school that Usair pays for its putting passangers at RISK....You decide!!!!!

Great!!just merge with delta so we have more integrated Cambodians /Liberians working for peanuts. Delta in non-union . Usair an HP are union this ma make the NMB call for a national vote an decertify the ramp making all the cambodians/ Liberians run Delta and make peanuts. These workers walk Hundreds of miles with water in a jug on there head to feed thr family in Cambodia. They will work for peanuts in the US under Doug Parker while he gets rich.

It has been that way since long before the current management team arrived. PHL has always had a high incidence of ground damage, including sabotage.

However, I will agree that the entire "complexion" of the PHL operation has changed, both literally and figuratively.

By the way, shouldn't you be AREA-51. Check your spelling.

Tossing wonds in the dumpster disabling tugs by pulling coil wires locking them with chains so you have equipment to do your job. Its like a scavenger land enviornment ..everyman for himself. Its like the TV show survivor.

There are cases of tugs and beltloaders being rendered unusable by people wanting to keep them available for use on their gates. A dysfunctional way to get the job done in a dysfunctional environment.

Who would steal a headset unless they needed one on another gate?

Quit bashing people for trying any way they know how to do their job.

You have different fashion clans .. like in iraq the suni's an sheiks its a crazy city. One diables the other chains kinda weird you have to work there to understand.

Then why the hell do you work there??????????????
Well Gee Whizz, You stumbled upon the problem.

The company cannot retain enough employees long enough to train them correctly.[Guess Why]?

And now you're on here asking a guy who evidently IS working there, WHY. Brillant,Lets Run him off too, Thats the ticket...
