Seems our illustrious newspaper "The Charlotte Disturber" never misses an opportunity to slam Usairways and it's work force [What's left of it]...

I guess it wasn't newsworthy that 27 illegal aliens were found to be working on U.S. registered airliners in Greensboro at a third party maintence hangar...

I would almost find it humorus if it were'nt so pathetic, American citizens are subjected to thorough searches every time they fly as passengers on our Nation's airlines, While at the same time, incidents like this are allowed to happen.

I live in the Charlotte Area, and the Observer has actually been pretty good towards the workforce, Ted Reed was actually let go from the paper as he was too friendly towards the workers, and Stan Choe is doing a pretty good job at being fair towards the workers.

I have met them both, have you?

Actually, I think the illegal aliens were working for a sub-contractor to TIMCO. Just another example of the shell-game that these hack outfits use. Oh, and it was also reported that several of the illegal aliens had drivers licenses from the State of North Carolina. Seems that NC is one of the more polictically correct, illegal alien friendly, states.

Bush's "gubment" isn't going to do anything. Bush and Vicente Fox want these illegal aliens in the country. Bush wants them to drive down middle class wages and Fox knows Mexico is an overpopulated economically corrupt mess and that the only way it can be mitigated is to ship the excess hordes north across the border. I suggest that Mexicans spend more on birth control and less on paying coyotes to sneak them across the border.

Was reported today that money being sent from the US to Mexico is now Mexico's Numero Uno source of national income . . . supplanting oil revenues.

I guess according to Bush, aircraft maintenance isn't one of those jobs that American's want to take.
