Family members added they do not know whether the airline, airport workers or the funeral home made the mistake but were trying to raise more money to get Castaneda's body back to Mexico, according to the Mercury News.

Raising more money?? Delta isn't comping the second shipment? Must be part of the new use-it-or-lose-it ticket policy that all of the airlines are adopting. Delta would love to waive that fee for the second shipment, but they too have adopted the no waivers for any reason.
