Where, when? What happened? Do you currently work for Delta AirLines in ACS?No thanks,I've had too many bad experiences with that group.

It makes sense to me. If it were not for unions, you would not have the pay and benefits you currently enjoy.Actually companies that have non union labor force that are in a highly unionized industry, know that they could be unionized very easily, if they slip up and treat their workforce poorly. That threat alone can keep a company in check. Make sense?
Hey Tech, they wont admit to it, I guess all those raises they recieved to keep the unions out were imaginary. It makes sense to me. If it were not for unions, you would not have the pay and benefits you currently enjoy.
Yet, you deride unions at every opportunity...
"Campbell said Northwest employees are “embracing the Delta culture,†which he said focuses on “taking care of the people.â€"

Most common sense reply ever. All of these posts have given me quite a chuckle. Delta fills up a little empty space with a tribute to the Red Tail (since it is now swallowed up by the big D) and everybody turns it into a union discussion. Theres nothing wrong with having pride in an airline you worked most of you career at. The reality of this whole situation is that ITS DONE. Complaining about what the pilots got in the merger...the pilots always make out in every situation...what makes you think it would be any different under the "fair Delta"?
So ground service and maintenance have to decide on a union. Pppppllleeaaassseeee..get on with it already. Have the vote already. What may come as a surprize is that as many Deltas who vote for the union the same number of nwas would vote no. Either way it'll be a circus. Pull up your lawn chairs folks...more laughs ahead.![]()
Hey, if you love your crappy benefits, I guess that would make common sense for you guys. Most common sense reply ever.![]()

"Hooray, for our crappy benefits!"
"Only a fool would deprive working men and women of thier right to join a union of their choice."
