Those planes can't be re-painted. Well, they can but they would have to be re-stripped multiple times.

I would imagine they would not paint anymore AC untill the merger was completed, I mean one would have to be an idiot to spend more money on painting more aircraft with a new livery that is not yet final. Geez what am I saying, expect as many AC as possible to be painted prior to the merger completion, I forgot CCY was still in the picture.

Right, and I hear that they are bringing back Business Select and the Sunshine departure survice. Who knows, maybe we can do those PIT-PHL breakfast flights again.

Thats what the plan was, get the AWA planes painted first, then the US ones when they gon in for heavy maint.

Why??? IF it doesn't go through, our planes still need to be repainted. Why not paint them with the new livery anyway? It still says US Airways.
