actually no he didn't. he was on a flt i was working from phl to sfo last month. his name is actually seth. he is a very nice guy. he said he had fun doing the whole seth thing. i asked him about the go-fare thing. he said that the company just stopped advertising it. he doesen't know why. but he is still at ccy in the marketing dept. he told me he was also frustrated with the way our marketing is. he told me he hopes the hp merger will change things.

The reason is that CCY has no clue... more specifically, they ran out of clues.

So now what? That was the shortest marketing hyperbole I've ever seen. Yet, DL continues their "Simplifare" campaign. Sadly, this makes US look like they backed down from an easy battle. DL can even advertise small jabs about there being no more "GoFares", making US management even more inept (if that's possible).
