Also on fox radio they had a NFL agent (didn't catch the name) and long time friend of the program, who played there in the late 70's, who said there was rumors about the coach and boys even back then (said he was just a kid and laughed it off) and bets there are over a hundred victims.

I'ce heard the allegation about someone in Obama's Cabinet, don't recall name or proof source.

Reporting a suspicion is not violating anyone's civil rights. They will still get a trial and faced their accused. If that was the standard police would almost never question or arrest anyone.
