Will Usairways Stock?

I would say it depends on who puts up the $$ to emerge from BK. If the RSA comes through with more cash, it will stay the same....if someone new comes in, the stock will have to be xld and reissued to suit the new investor..

Play Keno. Better odds.

For any average joe that still owns stock... WHY??? Anyone that has held on this long, should have went the Keno route.

With that said, if the company gets their wish list, you can bet Bronner will favor us with another cash infusion. If he intended to give up, he would have done it by now. Lets face it, it may be a long shot, but it's worth (b)millions if it works out for him. Not to mention going down in history as the man to change the bad old airline employees hold on making a living! They'll be talking about him in business classes for the next 50 years.

Dr. Bronner has stated publicly that he didn't want the company to go public after Bankruptsy 1, so I suspect that if there is a way to go private, he might seriously consider that option. I have no idea what the hurdles are for doing so.

The GE financing deal says that the company basically has to be publicly traded. (Has to do with the convertible note that US will issue GE when it exits bankruptcy.)

Anything's doable if the price is right. Money, and only money, talks.
