Having a meltdown in a public place screaming obscenities is not "patriotic".

She could have approached him to discuss in a civil manner. That's how change happens by opening a dialogue.

The way she acted doesn't warrant to be taken seriously at all.

If a Delta customer acted like that, they would have been kicked off the plane and banned for life. Regardless if they had a valid grievance or not.
