My netbook pc came with a 14 day intro to WOW. I just now signed up for the free intro.
I am not impressed.
For one thing, I see people playing the game, and they wear headsets to actually talk to other players. I can only see a box where I type comments and have to watch to see others talking to me. I have a tiny keyboard, and already my fingers are cramped fron using the arrows instead of a control box or joystick.
Any gamers out here? I really do not want tolog onto the game forum, for I will be ridiculed instead of helped.

I know a couple of people who play WoW. They are addicted to it. They stay up all night long playing WoW. The trash piles up, the cans of soda are laying around, they don't wash their clothes... it's like they're on some serious drugs.

I like playing classical games like PacMan, Tetris, Snake, Frogger, Centipede and Space Invaders. Those are tough games. In WoW, you can play for an eternity. I have no interest in playing for hours and hours in what is basically a movie that never ends, but that's just me.
