Just heard this from an acquaintance with first hand knowledge.
Apparently, at his place of work someone had posted a HEPAC webpage along with the application form.
One startling, and now very unpoplular, employee thought this was notice that the employees at this particular location were forming a union. Clearly thinking of his fellow employees best interests, and very well intentioned, he wrote to the company's upper management I'm sure just to keep them well informed of the situation.
Many phone calls were then made by said management to 'trusted individuals' to get to goods on those responisible and many misdirected accusations were made.
Finally, the OFFENSIVE notice was torn off the board and shredded with comments made about posting of subversive material in the workplace.
Interesting indeed that something as innocent and benign as HEPAC should have so much effect.
