A year's insurance might be reasonable, but a year's salary? Keep dreaming... I've never seen more than six months offered to a front line supervisor (L3/4).

Marine Corps and AA is all I know. I just bought a resume program last week, and will put one together and test the waters. 23 years in with AA, it will be hard to leave, but their are better paying jobs out there, and it doesn't hurt to look.

I actually took a deep paycut to come to AA in 1991.....I was making 19.80 hour working on Rolls Royces/Jaguar mainly RR.
It had full benefits like AA,plus alot of perks.. I sometimes made tips of 600 a day,for working after hours on a chiefs car from Chicago. The point is never stop looking keep that resume out you never know!!!!!!!!!!!
