Ahem, not to whack your statement with a Truth Tsunami but what exactly would you call Occupy Wall Street? I seem to recall some rather harsh critics of Barack Obama, one being Dennis Kucinich as US Congress person who is to the Left of Lenin along with avowed Socialist Bernie Saunders of VT calling out Obama on what often seems like a daily basis.
The Neo-Con criticism was lukewarm at best of Mr Bush.
The last ten years have been a financial disaster. Over 10 TRILLION in debt incurred under the Bush/Obama War mongering, Borrow & spend policies regimes. We are now at the tipping point where we run the risk of a global economic depression. Personally to me what the two of them have done and are doing is economic High Treason and on January 21, 2013 they should have dual gallows on the White Hoiuse lawn and hang both of them with CNN, MSNBC, FOX and the networks televising it live.

As a frame of reference suppose you're an entry level gate agent working for an airline like US where the starting rate is $8.72/hr, but to be fair you work in a lower cost city like oh say MSP. Now let's do some math. I'll keep it simple so you won't have to take off your shoes to get to 20.
Monthly income after taxes & union dues = $1,300/mo
Rent (All Utilities included) $750.00
Bus Pass $85.00
Phone $50.00
Total fixed cost = $885.00
Above is with no car and use of public transit. Apt is not a great one but is 4 miles from the airport accessible by public transportation. Throw in an owned vehicle and your upkeep and insurance adds another $130.00/mo to your fixed cost.
@$1300/mo the individual would qualify for $152.00 in Food Assistance per month. So boy genius, where is the money to buy the big screen TV? Now run along and be ignorant elsewhere
