WTF GOP canidates?

Ouch, that has to be a huge slap in the face for Trump. Looks like the king maker has been dethroned. That right there shuts the door on any hopes he might have harbored in his little delusional mind about running for office. All the whores who came for a meeting with him have now turned on him. I am sure John Stewart will have a field day on Monday when he goes on TV. I'll have to tape that.
 
I am willing to bet that one of two things will happen. Trump pulls out of the debate for what ever reason and gets replaced so all the candidates can have a debate or the debate just gets canceled. Either way, I do not think Trump will have his face on TV with just two candidates, neither of which has a snow balls chance to get elected. That would just make for some embarrassing TV. Santorum has nothing to loose for obvious reasons, Gingrich is probably pissed. He wants a debate to keep his surge going for as long as possible (gets to sell more books) but he cannot afford to be seen with just Santorum and Trump on a stage (although that would make him the sanest of the bunch) .... what to do .... what to do?
 
I was reading an interview he had with Laura Ingraham(sp?). He does not seem to understand the back lash. Laura and Bill were talking together and they dont get it either.

Sad. Very very sad.

During the interview, Trump indicated he wasn't sure if the debate would actually happen, lashed out at the candidates who have chosen not to attend the debate, complained about the "very unfair" rule that he can't host The Apprentice and run for president at the same time, managed to squeeze two plugs for the finale of....



This just keeps getting better.

While I'll admit it is a nice sentiment to reduce ones salary (Iacoca took home $1 a year) it will not do anything unless the POTUS has a viable idea of how to get the economy going again. This is where Paul fails. This is why he will not become the next POTUS.

Shrinking the Federal Budget to 2006 levels seems like a pretty sound ecnomic "Stimulus" to me. Elimination of 5 useless Cabinet positions seems rock solid as does ending the Fed and returning us to sound money. Combined these ideas would return us to the economic juggernaut we used to be.

The appropriate role of the federal goobernment is NOT to manage the economy it is to protect its citizens and allow for the freest markets possible. Freedom and Liberty is more than Gay Marriage and free speech, it's economic Liberty as well and you can't have economic liberty without personal Liberty The current system fiat currency & Crony Capitalism destroys our personal and economic Liberty by concentrating power and wealth in a few strong hands.

Leadership is often symbolic and a great first step is to reduce your salary to one that reflects the society in general. Funny thing with our society is IF Ron Paul did win and did lead the nation back to greatness most Americans would insist he take full salary.
