Having worked both Rez and the Ato at a couple different locations I and many others are totally dissatisfied with our representation at Ibt local 104 in Phx.
We were told by the local president that we would have his direct attention and support, he hasn't been seen at the Ato since March he was only campaigning evidently !!!
We need to all stand up and let the Ibt national know, we expect strong representation and the local president to be truthful,
The more I hear from the stewards and neg. Members is he hardly shows up at the local much less support the neg committee. My concern is his lack of qualifications in aviation. I can't help but question why, why do we pay into a special strike fund when we will never strike, is it even legal are. Are we only funding a potential UPS strike?
