Sounds harsh...However, I think NWA should have charged a premium for these pax that show up late with some excuse, trying to bump pax off the next flight. It's a new world with new rules and only the harshest will survive. Is it good P.R. - No, Does it make the airline $$$ - Yes. Remember, the bar has already been lowered...just how low it goes - nobody knows.
