I am a bit confused. How is it Obama is everyones b1tch yet Syria and Russia are making proposals to stop an attack that no one thinks will happen? Seems a bit odd. If you are not scared of something, why make an offer to overt it? Why make an offer at all? Russia and Syria are coming to the table with out a shot being fired. I think it will take Russia to force Syria's hand as Syria's latest demand requires that Israel give up their nukes and we all know that will not happen.

I think this is an interesting turn of events.
