I am saying that if a special counsel was impaneled to investigate a specific issue, once the issue has been investigated, his position should have been eliminated. Ken Starr was impaneled to investigate a real estate deal that occured when Monica Lewinsky was 6 years old. I am wondering what role a 6 year old in San Francisco played in a real estate deal in Arkansas.
