It's a matter of public record that Iraqi Sunni's make up the leadership of ISIS.  It's a matter of public record that the Sunni's had it rather well under Saddam compared to the Shiites.  It's a matter of public record that those same Sunni's got tired of being crapped on by Maliki.  Who would not have been in power if we had not invaded.

More excuse making.  Were not talking about an administration having to deal with regulatory issues or economic policies from previous presidencies.  We are talking about one mans decision to sign off on a war that has caused untold suffering along with toms of red ink.
