But page 304 LOM #13 says 45 with 15 yrs..
So what might be implied is that if your under 55 and 45 and older you can take the SIS but no pension...????????
Uh yeah if you go at 45 you wont get your pension until 55 kind of a no brainer

Yea, iluvaa.....What I mean maybe this is where the oldtimers are getting the wrong information as stated in this topic's opening post.

this is just a rumor.
if a coworker are not smart enough to figure this 1 out, you can't really help them. like the guys said if your under 55 you will not get the pension.
 
Ok I called 1800-477-2000 and spoke to the pension department and she all but laughed at me when I asked her. She said of course you get your pension if you take the stand in stead if your eligible. Its guaranteed either through AA or the PGBC.
