There are still stations out there that do not have workbrain!!!! To me this is an issue, like we all know we should be all treated fairly, and if they dont have workbrain in all stations they shouldnt have them at all. This could be an interesting point when the point system goes to arbitration for the ramp. Hey how come some people can sign in whatever time they want and I have to go by a mandated employee time clock that can be manipulated by any supervisor!! Ive seen that too, A person clocked in 45 seconds late, for example 8:00:45 the sup came to give her a level and counted the 45 seconds as being late, the union argued so the sup leaves the room and comes back with new workbrain print out that showed 1 min late. Im sure if you have a target on your back management can change your time and make it a living hell on you.
