CNN reporting pax heard a loud bang plane shook and plane got smokey. Captain came on PA and said "Brace, Brace" and they went into the water.

MSNBC coverage showed passengers standing on the wing. No fatalities reported. The entire crew deserves a medal for this one!

Thankfully it landed in one piece and didn't go into any buildings. Kudos to the Pilots for getting it down.

A passenger on CNN believes everyone is out. Real good crew. Capt. is a safety expert and has a PHD. F/O has 23 yrs. Again, real experienced crew also in the back too. Sounds like they did a remarkable job.

Phenomenal Job! They have Dave Nelson on Fox News at the moment. Fox News interview said there were Gas, Fire, Flames etc on the #2 Engine.

According to an interviewed pax from the flight, they were taken by ferry to a building on 42nd street in Manhattan.
