I'd simply like to propose *May 2, 2008 as Delta Flight Attendant Day. Without an active unionization effort/campaign underway we wouldn't have seen anything in resemblance of a pay increase. For this I say thank you to each and every one of you!

I'll second that notion. This is such an insult to the Delta employees intelligence. :down: They (Management) actually believe that they (employees) can't see thru this smokescreen for what it truly is. Unbelievable. :down: :down:

It's not a "raise." It's a pay REINSTATEMENT. Don't you remember? You took a 20% pay cut in 2005. You got 4% REINSTATED last year and now 3% REINSTATED July 1. You are still 13% behind where you were in 2004.
Doesn't look like Steenland and Anderson are behind where they were in '04 with their 18 mil and 11 mil respeectively.
Even if they were, I think those amounts will more than cover the increase in gas and food, not sure about ours.

based on how many hours? 70/80/90

Sorry about that, I forgot different groups work different ways, Like most groups at DL my pay scale is monthly.

To figure what Come Fly With Me makes.
X = monthly pay
X * .03 = 94.85
X =94.85 divided by .03
94.85 divided by .03 =3161.66
therefore C.F.W.M must make $3161.66 a month.
And yes I did ask my kid for the last part of this equation.
