3% pay increase for all non contract employees

My raise is 144.41 a month, not including the license premium adjustment already announced.

Sorry about that, I forgot different groups work different ways, Like most groups at DL my pay scale is monthly.
Thank you for clarifying my math equation, you see I went to public school. Yes that's how I came up with my numbers. That's only for CSA's ramp and pax service if you are in a different class it will be bigger of course.

For inflight, base pay goes from 1848.16 to 1903.60?
and our hourly pay goes from 41.08 to 42.30?
A f/a flying 80 hrs goes from 3286.40 to 3384.00 up 97.60 a month? 1171.20 a year?
Of course my math has been known to be "off" 🙂
Not the $62 a hour that we use to get LOL....At lease for now its heading in the
right direction.

Well with a union (AFA) - we at UAL just got a 3% increase as well... BIG DEAL, of course you can't see the smoke through the mirrors now, then I guess you will, when some 3rd world girl starts flying your routes and you are shown the door from the top down of your "supposed" seniority list... Just remember what NWA.. uhhh-hmmm now DAL mgmt. wanted to do when they tried to outsource the NWA flight attendants.. Oh but i Digress, they promised you - I forget.... I hope that the Reds talk some sense into those that are hesitant - if not, they can kiss half the jobs at DAL buh bye!!!!

I seem to recall the last time Delta FAs voted on AFA in 2002. After failing, a mere 30 days later their first MEMO came announcing the elimination of their 'blended' pay.

Danny,

I come to realize a common theme among Delta's employees regarding "raises", so far we have:

1. "My manager posted"
2. "We were told"

PS, it's not really a raise.

Union advocates and non-union advocates are all rolling their eyes at the grand 3% gesture. We know it is in response to the unionization effort. What are people saying? "Too little, too late!"

Now on the other hand if I knew I had a contract with an annual 3% increase, maybe that would mean something else. 6 months from now, if the unionization effort fails and fuel keeps rising....
raise your hand if you think they will not take this away.

You can hate the idea of unionization being the only solution but I would rather place my anger and resentment at the puppet masters, that decide my fate and not the one tangible thing that could save our jobs and give us the power to negotiate.

Instead of feeling weak and powerless, and at the mercy of blind capitalism. Muster up the courage to stand together and use our voices to make our futures more secure and not just fill the bank accounts of the few at the top of the food chain.

No one wants to be unreasonable and ask for everything the pilots got in their merger agreement.
We just don't want anything else taken away. Do you? Stand strong and stand together for the success of Delta Airlines and for ourselves. I have 21 years left with this company and I want to do my part to make sure it is still here.

One thing is for sure about being in a strong union, you have the union to lobby against uncontrolled business, for you. When those politicians have a union tellin them that they and their members are gonna replace um, the outlook can be different.

Gee, I wonder if Delta is going to raisse my retirement check by 3% to compensate for the royal scr*wing that I took from the "11 mil in 3 months" gang?

We were told that the license premium raise was still coming.
DAL Mech, I am wondering if Delta still has any mechanics on PHL?
I was emailed job opportunities for PHL.

Can't for the life of me know what major airline in PHL is/would be looking for 20 mechanics.
