Cash balance: 1st Q 2009 - $2.1B $700M restricted 2nd Q 2009 - $2.3B $600M restricted 3rd Q 2009 - $2.0B $500M restricted 4th Q 2009 - $2.0B $500M restricted The trend last year was good. Our cash on hand went up and our restricted balance went down until the 3rd quarter, and its been holding steady since. As long as it stays were its at or cash improves, we should be ok.
