SSIA, saw a UAL B-747-400 taking off from JFK today around noon, any idea why? Also, why is there a UAL a/c parked behind the old Tower Air terminal?

The 400 was supposed to go PRG-WRI (Fort Dix) but diverted into JFK (don't know why).
I don't know why that other UAL plane is at JFK. Maybe VCV is out of storage space.
